Bill and Andy get back down to business, and just like Saitama and Genos, they have studied hard and are ready to take on the ultimate test…finding the time to actually record! Our heroes try and prove themselves as worthy of serving the city as superheroes. It’s Episode 5 of One Punch Man, “The Ultimate Master”!
Sorry for missing last week! We’ll make it up to you with the promise of an Andy, Bill, and Thurk episode this week! The three delve into One Punch Man, Episode 3, “The Obsessive Scientist.” This is the first time Thurk has seen the show, so you get to hear his honest feedback of what is actually a really funny episode. We hope you enjoy!
The crew is back together once again to talk about the second episode of One Punch Man! This time around we are introduced to a brand new character, Genos, who is a robot man looking for a master to train him. There’s also a giant mosquito lady, a menagerie of beastmen, and a mad scientist with hundreds of clones! Why did I re-read this in the voice of Excel? Must be beacuse it’s Jessica Calvello’s birthday today (Go tell her happy birthday on Twitter!). Anywho, let’s wind up and punch our way through Episode 2 of One Punch Man, “The Lone Cyborg.”
Andy is on his way out of town tomorrow, so instead of a new One Punch Man review, enjoy this episode from our vast Patreon bonus episode archive! In this episode, Bill and Andy talk through and review an episode of Sailor Moon, entitled “Protect the Children’s Dreams: Friendship Through Anime.” Also, since this episode is about an animation studio, do the right thing and donate to Kyoto Animation’s GoFundMe if you have the means! Enjoy this, and we’ll be back next week with a brand new One Punch Man review!
Welcome to Season 5 of our humble little podcast! Hello to all of our fans, new and old! This season we are tackling the insanely wacky and satirical One Punch Man. All three of your hosts–Andy, Bill, and Josh–tackle the very first episode of the series, “The Strongest Man.” Between all the explosions and elaborate backstories, we are introduced to Saitama, our show’s bored and overpowered protagonist. What do all three hosts think about the debut episode? Guess you’ll have to tune in and find out!
Now that we had officially finished Season 4 of the podcast, that means there’s just one thing left to do. That’s compile our bloopers! These come from Episodes 14-24 of our podcast. As always, these bloopers might contain more inappropriate content that we leave out of our usual episodes, so listener discretion if advised.
